Weekly holidays start Saturday 3.00pm to Saturday 10.00a.m.

Short breaks maybe available, except Bank Holidays, Christmas and Easter.
Four nights charged at 75% of standard weekly rate.
Three nights 60%
Two nights 45%

Bed & Breakfast available at The Old Farmhouse, prices from £27.50 - £30.00 per person per night. Reduced rates for children 12 and under.

Well behaved pets are permitted BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT at the cost of £15.00 per week or £7.50 for a short break

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing to book with Woodside Farm.  When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

Booking Arrangements
Please contact us by e-mail or phone to check availability.
A deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 28 days before your arrival. Payment by cash or cheques named payable to WOODSIDE FARM. Sorry we are unable to accept credit/debit card payments.

Arrival and Departure
Your accommodation will be available to you from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations
If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday please contact Woodside Farm by telephone as soon as possible and confirm your cancellation in writing. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are not refundable. If you cancel within four weeks of the start of your holiday, the full balance will be payable unless we are able to re-let the Cottage. If we do succeed in re-letting the cottage, you are no longer liable for the balance or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a £25.00 administration fee. We strongly recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance policy against this eventuality.

Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any guests or any personal effects or vehicles, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.

Care of Property
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages that you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please inform us of any breakages so that we can replace the item for yourself and the next visitors. Multiple or Expensive items may be charged for. Please leave the accommodation in the same clean and tidy condition at the end, as at the beginning. The cottage is let on a NO SMOKING basis.
 
Pets                                                                                                                               
We ask that you respect these few simple requests:

1. Please keep your pets off the furniture.
2. Please exercise your pets outside the garden.
3. Please don’t leave your pets unattended in the Farmhouse.
4. Please do not allow pets upstairs or in the bedrooms.
